How Many Hours Do I Need to Volunteer
As with any organization, we have expectations of our members which enable us to offer a quality program for all skaters. The volunteer opportunities may be fulfilled throughout the year running April 1st of the current year through March 30th the following year.
It is important to remember that these volunteer opportunities are significant fundraisers for Oregon Youth Hockey and will help offset costs. Non-fundraising volunteer opportunities are also important in ensuring our organization runs smoothly. It is vital to our organization to make sure all volunteer opportunities are fulfilled and each family participates. Without parent volunteers much of what Oregon Youth Hockey does would not be possible. Please consider one of the volunteer opportunities today!
